Foot problem?

Question:
if i walk too long, like 2 or 3 hours straight, i get a sharp pain in the arch of my foot. it also starts hurting if i run for a long time. anybody got any ideas?

Answers:
walking that long puts strain on your feet from so much use. you might want to switch to a shoe with more support, or get some of those gel insoles. the lack of support will cause the pain in your feet. i'd take a break every once in a while to give your feet some rest, and that should help.
If almost ANYONE walks for 3 hours straight, their feet are gonna hurt!
Try getting some shoe inserts and see if that helps.
If it gets too bad, or keeps up for too long, ask to go see a foot and ankle speccialist, because there might be something wrong.
Take more frequent rests if it starts hurting.
I hope this helped a little!
