Injured knee!?


Question:
How should I treat my injured knee that I fell on. It's black and blue, and I put a cold compress and let it rest. Everytime I put the ice on though, it hurts pretty bad. I don't think it's anything that serious. The bruising seems to be going away slightly, but the pain is still there.
