For the past few days the skin all over from the waist up has been extremely sensitive to touch, like agiant bruise, anyone ever have that happen out of no where? Some possible causes?

Well i am no expert but lately i have been working my legs a little more then i normally do and the hurt, not just normal muscle pain but when ever i touch my thighs it feels like a giant invisible bruise so i think u just bruises you stomach muscles, it should go away in few days
