Sore thighs?

Question:
Im getting a lot of pain in my thighs when I squat from fencing class how do I make this go away

Answers:
Go to Wal-Mart, Target, or just the grocery store, buy Epsom Salts and run a hot bath and put Epson Salts in the water. Soak your sore muscles. You can also use "rubbing" alcohol as a muscle rub (that's just one of it's many uses) and it evaporates quickly so that you don't end up with a mess. Both of these "treatments" are very cheap. Of course there's always the usual "stretch before you participate in an activity" (which I'm sure you know). But, you can also try doing squats on a regular basis to keep the muscles used to being "worked".
