Can some one please help?

Question:
Right in December I was runnin to a PSE lesson to get a certain computer and there was a concrete bench that I thought was further to the side then it actually was and literally smashed my left knee against it and I went to the hospital for my asthma appointment that night my doctor notice I was limpin and took a look at it and by then it was incredibly swollen but he said he had no idea how I manage to walk to the hospital and sent me to A&E and they said I should try and walk on it and come back in a week they offered me painkillers and crutches but I refused and came back in a week and it was fine and perfect health they said that it needs regular exercise and not to be in cramped spaces to long or it will stiffen. Now about to moths ago I ran into a metal pole with the same knee but that was just minor briuces but ever since the first tme I'd hit it when I gone for walks and that it gets in bad pain first and then I start to limp but my right leg either gets incredibly tired or...

So what are you asking, why your knee hurts?

edit: If you have been to A&E you would have had an x-ray. So if that didn't show up any skeletal problems with your knee, then you have a number of options. Firstly you need to go back to your GP with it. Ideally you should have an MRI scan (as they are great for diagnosing soft tissus problems), but these are costly and if you stay on the NHS then your doctor might not refer you for one unless he thinks it's necessary. I'm not a pysio but they seem to pick up things like this mate. In a nutshell, you'll have to go back to your GP
If you don't get the left leg sorted, you could be puttin a lot of pressure on the right leg. So go and have it checked. Good luck.Ps. your body has gotten used to the pain killers, so this calls for the docs.
Go to see a bone specialist or / and a sport doctor.
you need to see a doctor or a physiotherapist. Maybe you need anti-inflammatories
i'm not a doctor but it sounds like it may be bruised my dad has something similar btw becareful pet no more runing into poles or benches!! lol
do get it checked out btw xrayed maybe just incase
Have you gotten an X-Ray of your leg/knee? Sometimes damaged bone/cartilage might not HURT, but it can still be severely damaged (cracked, splintered, or even a hairline fracture). If you had another impact while your leg/knee may have been damaged, that could make the damage more severe.

I'd suggest going to a doctor ASAP.
You need to go back to the doctor. X rays do not always show injury, if its soft tissue damage you would need an MRI to assess that. Anyway, your starting point is to go see your dr again.
probably damaged the cartilage or tendons .. go and checked out again
my advice is to stop banging your knee and get your eyes tested
I can tell you're a caffeine addict by the long post, run-on sentences, lack of punctuation.

Breathe, hun ... and go to your doctor. :)
Hi hun, I think the best thing to do is go back to the doctor and explain how bad it is, it may be just the muscle strengthening again after last time you really hurt it.

Hope it gets better soon x
use a support on the knee that was hurt or try an exercise that doesnt put pressure on the knee or other leg. u should try swimming to burn the energy off.
