After quitting smoking...?


Question:
I quit smoking about 2 and a half weeks ago with no relapses. I have been noticing some chest discomfort and am wondering if this is a common side efect of quitting...or maybe even the transdermal nicotine patch?

dont sit. always sleep. it will help you brain keep track of you wants. in math if you add 2+2 it equals 4. in bodys if you add this and that you get thatthis. same with your case. just lie down and your legs will do the job!
