Stitches in my elbow?


Question:
I recently gotten 6 Stitches on my elbow Wednesday July the 18 they have to stay in for 2 weeks . I was wondering if i can get back in the gym today or is it still to early.

Wouldn't recommend it for weights.
Go and do cardio. You will stay in shape for that short of time.
Maybe try lower body machines.
Avoid upper body though.
wait until the stitches are removed. Do exercises that do not require your arms. Such as walking or jogging. Give your body time to heal.
NO, NO.NO!!! Do not do any sort of exercising until at least a week after they come out.
