Whats the best way to relieve stress?

I am in grade 12 and i am stressed about so many thigs wots the best way 2 get rid of it

Talk to the school councler about your class load.
Talk to a trusted adult, your aunt your uncle, your parents, ask to see a counsler cuz things are stressing you out that are out of your conrtol.

Exercise is good for relieving stress, yoga, meditation, support teen groups.

Depends upon what you're stressed about? girls? growing up? homework? parental expectation? the climate of the world? it's not like it was in your parents day in age, believe me, we had it easy EASY in the 70's and 80s/
there are so many more stressors out there in the world now.

Don't watch the tv news especially before you go to bed, go for a run or do jump rope or shot hoops to destress.
Get your parent(s) involved. Ask dad to hang a basket ball hoop and shoot hoops with you. that always helps me, even at my parental age.

If it's personal, like you don't like the way u look, or you have acne, they have cremes, and special soaps for that, ask your mom to take you to the pharmacy for some clean and clear.
or to dermotologist for a skin check up....or just ask your parent to take you for your 18 yr old check up and talk to the doctor about your stress and see what the doctor says, maybe you have anxiety issuse? best to find out now.

do talk to someone, your parents do care, and are busy with their lives, but your well-being and welfare always comes first.

I wish you the best of luck, my mom was in the hospital all thru my teens, and it was so tough!! i just wrote in a journal a LOT like writing lettters to a best friend, to get it out of my head, and that really helped me.

for example,,..mom, or dad, i really need to see someone to talk to them about these changes going on with my body and my akward teen years, i feel a lot of stress, and think some therapy could help. i'm not sick or anything, i'm just nervous and worried all the time. and i don't seem to have things together like other kids. i need help. please. and then give your parent(s) a huge hug, and thank them.

you don't need a parent to go see a counsler or shrink, and you do need to talk to someone asap about this stress you are feeling, is it over an idenity crisis? a girl? studies? uncertain future? so many issues! try to write down a list of things that stress you out, and a list of positive things that make you feel good. work on your pros and cons.
excercise, excercise, Lock ur door, pull down ur blinds, pump up the music, dance, release some happy endorphins, or go for a walk with a friend on a regular basis. And cast ur mind forward to about 10 years from now, I can promise you, that these things that are stressing u now, will be a minor issue if anything by that time. Remember back to a time not so long ago, when maybe u had things bothering u at that time. Is it still a major issue?. I hope not, but I hope my advice helps to ease the pressure for u a bit :) Good luck, and hang in there.

Get rid of the things that are causing the stress.Whatever you do don“t start on drugs.The ideal is to follow the counsel of St. Paul who said"These things no longer bother me",meaning that he had learnt to assign things the importance or otherwise that they deserved.Try to do the same.
Sleep, watch tv, ride bike, walk your dog, and use those stress relieving bubble baths and creams. Also sleep with lavender or hang lavender around your room.
