Why did I giddy?

Yesterday I didn't get up until around lunch time because I get in at going on for 1 in the morning after a concert. I after had lunch and dinner subsequently. Today, again, I didn't get up until lunch time and afterwards had some marmite on toast. At roughly 5pm I started to feel really sick. I walk downstairs and was fear really dizzy, everything went blurry I feel myself spin and I fell. Everything then go black and it only feel like a second earlier I opened my eyes. I still feel really sick and I went and get a glass of marine which helped. I consequently started getting really sweaty and I layed down and was okay after rather a while. Do you think I passed out because my ingestion habits be changed or possible because I was de-hydrated or something? Thanks.

Answers:    First of adjectives I must state that I'm not a doctor or a nurse and I have no experience or training surrounded by the medical field at adjectives. However, my husband sometimes has equal symptoms as you do. It's because his blood sugar levels drop dramatically because he hasn't have enough to devour during the day. That may be what happen to you.
I'm not doctor but i say that you may be parched or have some sort of negative amount (Vitamin A, Iron etc.)
