I want to register with a GP and the assistant told me I own to fill a form until that time getting an appointment with him. To receive this form I have to run there an collect it, at their passage ours, which obviously are silly, if you work (as I do) away from where on earth it is. I asked if I can download the registering form from the Interntet and she told me no way. Is it true? should I filch a permission from work, only just for going to collect this form (i.e. just for a piece of 5 mins)? I will have because I work 1h far away from home, and I want a GP which is implicit home (since if I will need him, it is better he is in the vicinity home).
Thanks
