Nose bleed and a sharp pain in my head this morning?

I got to work this morning around 6am and promptly got a nose bleed something i haven't had since primary school. (I'm 25 now)There was a lot of blood loss then as soon as the nose bleed stopped I've had a sharp shooting pain behind my right eye. I rang the NHS helpline and was told to go home have some sleep and take a couple of paracetamol's. I just woke up and the shooting pain is still there and little milder. Ive never had anything wrong with me of this nature before in my life and it making worry somewhat. Any advice from anyone would be most appreciated. thanks in advance.

stop drinkin, u might notta had a drink the nite b4, but it catches up wit u, if u dont drink, try pinchin mad hard btwn the toe next 2 the big toe and the one next 2 that on the right foot, pinch till it hurts, but itll clear ur headache up, hopefully, if not, go 2 a doc

I have the same thing that happens to me about once a year now. I didn't have a nosebleed for years and then all of a sudden I started getting them about 2 years ago. I found out that I have really bad allergies and was getting severe sinus infections that would feel like someone was piercing my eye with a nail! Then, I would get bad nosebleeds that wouldn't stop for a while. Now, I'm on nasocort, astelin, and allegra. Haven't had any of the symptoms for about 8 months now!
