Vision Express Opticians?
Question:
Has anyone had problems taking glasses back to Vision Express for a refund, I just got a pair today they are so expensive, and I found some cheaper else where - their policy states if I find a cheaper pair else where they will refund the difference, I'm only asking because my Dad got a pair from Tesco once under same sort of conditions, they refused it all.

i think it should but i've never returned any glasses so i dont know. you could try though if you just brought it a few days ago
I don't know about vision express, but if they say that they will refund the difference if you find the same elsewhere, then they must. Be sure that the cheaper ones include take into account the price of the lenses as well.
the key is THE SAME
not cheaper glasses, it HAS to be the same frame not just look the same
a bit like asking for a refund from the makers of Fairy Liquid" because you found a bottle of "netto home brand" cheaper
this is where they have you
its worth a try anyway but don't hold your breath!
It's probably just a market ploy to bring the punters in..
But they should stick by their word when someone takes them up on it.
