Appendix or lactose intolerent?

your body is probably not used to the yogurt, all that good bacteria is in there for the first time. same thing happened to me. i got gnarly gas too. if you aren't used to fiber also, you probably are just getting used to it. the loose stools are also a symptom of having too much fiber when you aren't used to it. you probably lost your appetite because you are nervous about this.
if it was your appendix, we wouldn't be talking days. it would hurt, it would hurt badly, and you'd be at the hospital by now. if something like that happens, you usually know it, you don't have to debate it.
When I had appendicitis it was ridiculously painful, nothing like a "pinch". I was also nauseous. I am lactose intolerant, and what you're describing sounds more like lactose intolerance. If you have severe pain lasting longer than a day, and it STAYS on your right side, go see a doctor right away.
sounds more like gas, but you didn't really mention much milk or cream. And because yogurt is a little different then milk it doesn't usually set off a lactose intollerant "attack" unless you are extremely intollerant.
and i would assume that if it was your appendix then it would always be in the same place and not moving around your abs.
It is possible that you have just been using the muscles there more than before.

i have had similar symptoms and had it checked and it was basically build up of stool, so the doctors told me to take lactatives and it went away, If I were you I would try this but also keep in mind that if it doesnt get better then definately go to your doctor.
