Get one of those vintage-style alarm clocks that have the metal hammer at the top and two bells. That'll wake your azz up! They don't cost that much; and they are still being manufactured.
Set the alarm clock on your cel phone and put it on the other side of your roome so that you HAVE to get up to turn it off.
Set two alarms, one the time you want to wake up and one ten minutes before that.

Put two alarm clocks at the highest volume, plus tell your mom or somebody to throw cold water on your face until you wake up.
You could set something up that makes water drop on you ooor you could set your cellphone and put it by your ear to go off when you want to wake up.
I usually use three alarm clocks, two of which only have 3 minutes snooze.
The one that usually wakes me up is an alarm ring on my computer, it's like those old alarms...like a bell. Then the alarm clock across the room keeps me awake because I have to keep getting up to snooze it. Then I use my cell phone because that almost always wakes me up.
I'm an extremely heavy sleeper and this really just works for me. Even when I've only been asleep 3 hours it works. So you could try it.
take a cold shower
Wake up and take a shower! Always works for me
DO WHAT MY DAD DID- HAVE HIM SAY, "YOU OVERSLEPT, AND IT IS ALMOST 5 MINUTES TILL YOU HAVE TO BE @ SCHOOL!" GOT MY LAZY AZZ UP REAL FAST- LOL! TRULY, IT WORKS!! GOOD LUCK & TAKE CARE!
Have two alarm clocks set and have them both far away from you. Have them set 5-10 minutes apart (both of them earlier than you have to get up.) Resist the urge to go lay back down, because once you lay back down you will go back to sleep.
Have you thought about getting a clocky? Its an alarm clock on wheels that when you hit the snooze button rolls away from where it is and goes off again, forcing you to get up and find it.
