Poor you. I have had two major back surgeries done for disc problems in lumbar area and post-op pain is normal but you need to get to your doc asap if only to have a check-up.good luck! Get physio as soon as you can and take it easy.
God i wish i had the answer to that. do you know anything about ur si joint? its right in the same area as ur groin. its all enflamed, gets some ibuprofen, strong stuff. keep in mind u were just cut open, things take time to heal... Please do me a favor and keep this up to date i would like to talk to you about the surgery. I have close to the sameproblem with no answers. Tell me ur story please..
