one day I was kicked so hard that start to get some pain on my back could somebody tell me what shold do to that person I am going to tell whats was happning when I got kicked one day a boy playing kickball with dad and I was walking my baby and my wife when he was kicking back to his dad he was 15 he kicked start to my back then the next day I went to the Docter he said its paining a lot he did the pain a little what should I do to that person

Talk to his father. Stay away from him.
So he kicked you on purpose, and his dad saw him. I would think maybe the police should become involved. You can not kick him because he is too young for you, and his dad doesn't care so he will not help. File a police report so they know what is going on. If this happens again and you get into it with both of them they are going to say you started it.
