Answers: um no...no it is not remotely true. If you are having a stroke you have need of to call 911. THAT IS IT!! No asprin. This is because it is possible you are have a hemorragic stroke and not a ischemic stroke. Or in other words you could be bleeding into your brain instead of have a blockage in a blood vessal contained by your brain. Taking asprin would inhibit your bloods ability to clot. Meaning you could bleed into your brain until you die.
