I am football player and while playing my right foot angle twisted and my angle sprained?

ice then rest for like 2 day i also did this in basketball try ice and heat and a dfay or so of rest and try and stay off it you should be fine in a week if its sprained

you mean you sprained your ankle? cuz i dont really know what foot angle means
rest and don't be too hard on yourself especially in football practices....a brace would help and ice and elevation def. helps too
use rice:
Rest-take it easy for a few weeks, depending how bad it is
Ice- Put ice on it for 15min then off for 5-10, then on again for 15min repeat this as long as you want. After a few days if it still hurts switch to using a heating pad with the same timings
Compression- IF you know how to wrap your leg properly, do so. If not, ask you football coach/trainer to do it for you,or not at all.
Elevation-elevate it while icing it if you want reduce swelling
Once you start playing football again, have your ankle taped up before playing to give it more support and prevent reinjury
