Osteroperosis is weak bones, you feel no pain with it. Muscle cramping is an entirely different thing? Do you stretch your legs regularly? If not, your muscles will give you problems. If you are, make sure you stretch smoothly and don't use jerky movements as you want no more injury.

The muscle just sounds like a muscle cramp. That happens to everyone. The ankle, foot, and knee pain may just be due to strain or osteoarthritis, but osteoporosis is mainly in women over the age of 65.

if you have a sore heel, check about plantar fascias
I have that and the only way to sooth the pain is exercises.
Not to scare you, but this could be a sign of a neurological process taking place. I have multiple sclerosis and these are very common symptoms that happen to me almost nightly! Ask you doctor to do a brain MRI and see if you have any white lesions on your brain, which is what indicates Neuro disease.
sounds more like muscle spasms
spasms can be caused by dystonia - which is a neurological disorder
