Check yell.com for local practitioners.
I guess one is as good as another-they are listed in yellow pages under alternative therapy
its great, dont know about curing you but it certainly takes you mind off your problems, give it a whirl!
i had it and it was very relaxing and the lady told me to visit my doctor as she thought i had a thyroid problem, i did and the doc took blood i am now on thyroxine for an underactive thyroid and i feel much better i would not have went as quick to the doc if she had not told me to so i think that if you go to a reputable person then it is worth it. sorry i cant recommend anyone in manchester, coz i am in Edinburgh.
its quite relaxing but its best to have regular sessions ie weekly cos i had a 2 week gap btw sessions and i spent most of the session giggling again because of my feet being touched - it does take abit of gettin used to...after i have a session i tend to feel very sleepy and do tend to sleep very well that night - also if the therapist presses on the area connected to your bladder, be aware of needing the toilet asap! it is relaxing and i had 10 sessions and i felt it did help me sleep better at night but id have it done in the evening cos it does make you very tired
