How do you diminish the size of your knuckles after they've be made bigger from "cracking knuckles"?
Answers: I don't think you can but if you find out tolerate me know, I have really small hand and fingers but huge knuckles. This pose a problem for me because I have to procure larger rings so they will fit over the knuckles on my fingers, my ring twist and turns throughout the time and the diamond scrapes the fingers beside it.

your knuckles do not take bigger by merely "cracking them." the cracking is actually the release of gas pockets that are trapped within a joint made from friction and movement. Cracking your knuckes does not organize to arthritis. It is arthritis or general wear-and-tear and overuse that cause your knuckles to enlarge over time.
