LOse of blood...?

Question:
I've often heard that sleeping late isn't good for the body, and something about losing blood when we stay up late. What happens when we don't get enough sleep? I've been going to bed at about 4-5 in the morning for the past 11 weeks and my parents tell me that i should sleep early...waaaaaaaaay early and when im up at this time, i often feel light headed.

Answers:
You don't lose blood, but your body uses your sleep time to regenerate and refresh and I'm sure that could include Producing new blood cells, among other things.

Lack of sleep also causes brain malfunction. When intoxicated drivers and sleep-deprived drivers are tested on a closed course, the two basically have the same results: slow reaction time and horrible reflexes, as well as difficulty with basic problem solving situations.

To get back into a regular schedule, I'd suggest forcing yourself to stay up ALL DAY even if you've been up until 4 or 5 am. That way, you'll be good and tired by 10pm or so and you'll definitely fall asleep. You should be able to awake the next morning by 6 or 7 and get back to a normal schedule.
well u should go to sleep at night so u wont have to stay up all night and worry go to sleep around 10:00
