Neck Pain - posture related?

Question:
I have neck/arm pain related to my sleeping position (on stomach) Unfortunately I can't change my position as sleeping on back as recommended aggravates my restless leg syndrome. I am doing neck exercises and taking some pain killers but wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

Answers:
research prolotherapy on the internet and find a prolotherapist in your area. go to www.getprolo.com

It is safe and it works, permanently.

I was a bodybuilder and a powerlifter and i had/have pain in all my joints of my body. Got prolotherapy done 2.5 weeks ago and the pain in the joints that i got treated are absolutely gone, and my strength has increased tremedously.

Most likely, you have a damaged tendon and or ligament in your neck. This can easily be treated by prolo, and the pain will be forever gone!

Good luck!
