Anybody had sciatic nerve problems?

I have been in your shoes before, and we also see patients like yourself. With me my siatic nerve came from a knee injury that caused me to limp for a few months and the limping caused me to have the siatic nerve problem. The doc told me to use anti inflammatories and try not to limp as much. The A.I.'s didnt work. It didnt even touch the discomfort. So the Dr. told me to get some physical therapy next door. Good thing i did because a few sessions of therapy and i was a lot better. You may want to ask about some kind of professional therapy to correct the nerve issue. Now whenever i get that twinge in my back like its starting to hurt i just do a couple lower back exercises that the Therapist gave to me. Good luck, you should feel better after some therapy.
does the pain shoot down to your leg or foot or does it worsen with a cough or sneeze? if so, you may be having a slipped vertebral disc. most cases resolve by a few days of bed rest & when pain goes away you need to start light exercise especially to strengthen your back muscles, swimming is ideal. & avoid heavy & jerky exercise.you must never lift a heavy weight or push a heavy object !
well it did last for a couple of months perhaps six as it happened about 5 years ago but it seemed as it lasted for a life time and the actual cure is complete bed rest yes complete. At first I also had veron 50mg intramuscualr vaccines and doloneoroboin vaccines but it was the bed rest whcih really helped
Its because a disk is out of place. Drugs wont get it to move back in place, it just makes it feel better. You can either, see a chiropractor, or wait to see if it'll go back on its own. I had this problem for YEARS after i had my first son. I didnt know there was anything other than drugs to help it. So I saw a chiropractor, and it helped and fixed it within a week. I was hurting so bad i could hardly walk. So every once in a while now, 10 yrs later, I get the pain. I've had to go back and get adjusted from time to time, but overall, its way better. Now when I feel that pain, I just make the same movements the DR. had me do, and it will normally go back into place.
I lay on my stomach, face down, arms down, rotate shoulders, lift arms, put hands on my lower back. Push hips into the floor, etc. Hopefully, i'll be able to continue to do that to help in the future, my chiropractor was convicted of having child pornography on his work comp! ACK!
