Is it very unhealthy for me to do a "all nighter" and...?


Question:
i literally hate sleep, if i could i would only cat nap once in a while if it where possible. but of course, i would most likely die, i enjoy going to the market and buying three XXL Monsters and having 1 or 2 the night i donot go to sleep, i like sitting in my room and playing with my computer and surfing the internet, and look at the clock and watch time fly by and i lean off to my right side to see if the sky is lighting up, and thats what i am doing right now and i didnt sleep last night and i was sorta' tired around 10:30 in the morining so i laid down and slept fpr 4 hrs and woke up the as the day passed by i decided to not sleep, and i still had 2 energy drinks left. and i am wondering if its very unhealthy to do what i am doing, and once about a month go i didnt sleep every other night, and i am 15. please, no smart *** answers and please, only tell me if its what a doctor would say, or somebody that is knowedgeble with health! thank you very much! :)

I'm 36...and honestly, if my husband didn't make me feel guilty about it, I'd do exactly what you do. I'm a total night owl, and I love being up when the world is asleep (like right now!) I think it's important to get a certain amount of sleep (everyone's need is different) but if you are physically healthy and mentally stable, then your night owl "lifestyle" is not wrong in any way. it takes all kinds...right? :)
it's obvious your diet consists of too much caffeine. I can't wait for the kids to go back to school!

Im no Dr but your sleeping habits are unhealthy,you need to lay off the energy drinks.You need atleast 8 hrs sllep a night,you may not think you do now but it actually cause high bloodpressure and heart problems to neglect and deprive yourself of sleep. If you cant sleep you need to go to the dr and find out why,but its probally those energy drinks your drinking

You're young & it would probably be okay once in a while, but I wouldn't do it all the time! I am a night owl too & I get lots of grief for it!! Try to get at least a few hours of sleep in there & enjoy it while you're young, when you get older you won't be able to do it w/o some hard drugs! Probably not very healthy for you though - Had to throw that in there for safety sake! Take care of yourself!!
