Why Am I So Sore?

Question:
Since friday all my muscles from my ankles to my head has been sore...the hospital said i was dehydrated...but its been like 3 or 4 days an i still havin pain in my muscles an a sore throat.an there bad pains like cant move pains almost.whats goin on with me?

Answers:
dehydration does not go way after drinking some water. You have to saturate your body with water. You have to drink when you are not thirsty.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body. One tip for athletes: it is healthier to drink a sports drink or water than fruit juice, soda, coffee, or milk during competition or active training periods.

You should see your medical doctor as soon as possible.
I would go back to the doctor. It sounds like this is a very severe problem, you could still be dehydrated or it could be something else, either way you need to get to the bottom of the problem. No one here can diagnose you over the internet.
Who knows? Could be a number of things. Virus, flu, bacterial infection, inflammation. Go see your doctor ASAP.
