Just stay hydrated and get exercise to maximize your lung capacity. Your body has this great built-in system to get all the oxygen it needs - it's called the respitory system, or lungs. Just breathe. Better to get regular exercise and stay properly hydrated.
i just got my ear pierced a few weeks ago and i got this stuff from the people who did it and i read the ingrediance and all it was, was distilled water and peroxide so i have been using peroxide to clean it. but in your case i would be sure not to drink it!
Contact lens cleaner is just saline or salt walter, it won't help your lip. Use peroxide and some neosporin ointment on it a few times a day.
