Do I have gallstones?
Question:
Answers:
Abdominal pain, especially localized in that area, is not something to be taken lightly.
Yes, it could be gallstones, but it could also be appendicitis which is the inflammation of your Appendix.
This is a potentially dangerous problem and you should see a doctor about it as soon as you can.
yes, it seems you do but you will not be able to improve the situation here. think carefully and decide what the smart move might be. good luck.
i dont think its gall stones hun...sounds more like kidney stones...you should go to a doctor because if left untreated it can cause irreversible damage..
we can't tell you if you have gall stones. the doctor can see them with an ultrasound test. i know how painful they can be, i'd rather go through labor again, the gallstones were so bad. the pain isn't good, and you should be examined by a doctor. good luck.
It could be your appendix and that is nothing to play around with. You need to go to the doctor. I had trouble with my gall bladder last year, but my pain was around my rib cage below my right breast and around to my back.
It sounds like gall stones but also like bowl problems I had both. Please dont be afraid to go to the doc. The sooner you go the faster he can help before it gets real bad.
Get x-rays
Maybe more likely kidney stones. Your gallbladder is further up and towards your right shoulder from your belly button, right around your rib cage. I would definitely go to the doctor though, please!! A couple of months is pretty long!
My girlfriend has gallstones... When she eats spicy stuff it seems to hurt more... Eating lettuce seems to irritate it too... Lifting heavy stuff hurts it too... When she is in pain she cant sleep.. Your best bet is going to the Dr... It could also be gas.. Try getting gas pills and see if that helps...
dont be scared. all they will do is an abd xray to see if there is evidence of stones in the gall bladder. if there is, the procedure to remove the gallbladder is very simple. just 3 little tiny cuts in the abd and you are asleep for that. if you dont get checked out then you will suffer from nausea and vomiting along with severe abdominal pain. if the pain is radiating to your back then you may have a kidney infection. does it hurt when you pee. or you may have kidney stones. see your doctor.
I had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones a couple of years ago when I was 25.
I remember having the attacks since as early as 13. They would come, they would go; they happened without rhyme or reason. Your symptoms sure do sound like gallstones.
One day, the pain got really bad, and wouldn't go away. I had to go to the hospital. Two days later it was out.
Don't be afraid to go to the hospital. They give you morphine for the pain, and the operation itself is relatively quick. Recovering from surgery is a little painful, but NOTHING compared to the pain from the attacks.
You need to see a doctor! No one here can diagnose you from the internet.
