haha me2!! i shouldn't have had starbuck at 1!
Take a benadryl...
How about some hot milk and honey and a good book?
that's your problem...
Get a big glass of milk, and sip it while you count down from 100 to 1...then lay down, close your eyes...and countdown again...it works...
I don't know try drinking warm milk

(but just be glad you get effected by caffeine. I've drank so much and am so addicted to it, it takes massive doses to make me feel even a little more alert, lol)
drink hot cocoa or hot tea to calm yourself down. do something that'll put you to sleep, like watching t.v. or something. get in your pj's and go do your nightly routine, brush teeth, wash face, get into bed. that'll help your body go into sleep mode.
sleeping pill
drink a lot of liquids and wait it out. that's all you can do =]
lie there and think about a recent dream you had. where were you? what were you doing? had you been there before?

if you focus on an old dream, you'll be asleep in no time.
haha join the club, it's 1:30 am and i usually sleepy at 11...gosh i shouldn't have had that coffee..
Don't do it again.
run around outside for about ten minutes...then you'll crash from your natural high and fall asleep (make sure you're bak inside tho).
use nyquil, it works fastest...but don't take too much cuz it'll make you drowsy the next day.
drink warm milk read bored book
Drink an equal amount of Vodka.
Relax if you cant then work it off my doing some or exercise like that.
have a warm bath. you'll feel sleepy after a while.and never drink coffee after 2 pm.
Try passing a rough night and the next day dont have any more caffeine. Nothing of it. do a lot of energy taking activities and drink warm milk in the night. if you are in summer turn the ac on and make your room very cold so then you get cosy in your bed covers and close your eyes. maybe read a book that you might find boring and try to sleep. dont get the idea that you cant and think a lot until you get tired.
Same thing happened to me last night(except i drank a Bawls(yes, its an energy drink).

your gonna need a really good sleeping pill..
and try getting a warm washcloth.. and maybe try eating turkey.
lol.

hope this helps!
So you can't live without it.Your bad.
Ever wondered why we easily get addicted and your head feels heavy if you don't have one?
You simply postpone your sleeping hours to a later period and no matter how many gallons of tea you have, you will feel sleepy after a while.
Try talking a warm bath or a warm shower.and if that does not work then i suggest that if you have a fan in your room or have central a/c turn it to where it is cold enough for you to get under your blankets and get just right and you will definitely drop of to sleep with know problem at all.Trust and believe it works i know from personal experience.
haha im having the same problem right now.its 2:31 am and sadly I am on YouQA.com answering your question, actually not really answering it just commenting on it : )
try taking two or three paracetamol and having a warm shower.. works for me!
