this is funny because my cousin punched me in my lip a few days ago and my top lip was swole but suprisely attractive but wouldnt consider doing it.
It will likely swell but I can't promise you it will do it evenly. In addition to the fact that if you or someone else punches you hard enough it may very likely bruise too. Giving you an unwanted red/purple lip and surrounding area.
For the look of larger lips there are makeup methods that will make your lips look fuller and more defined. And they don't bring as much pain as punching yourself on the lips.
