Question:
i think i have it but its not bad..im not even sure if thats what it is..but can it go away on its own?

Answers:
You really should see a doctor to be sure of what it is first. You don't want a bad infection going untreated. According to yahoo health, the treatment for mild thrush is:

Except for the mildest cases, you should treat thrush to keep the infection from spreading. Antifungal medications, which inhibit the growth of yeast, are the standard treatment for thrush. Thrush is most commonly treated with medications that are either applied directly to the affected area (topical) or swallowed (oral).
yeah, just continue washing down there, and apply vagisil..a week and its gone
As far as im aware you will needs some oral medication you may be able to buy over the counter im not sure but i don't think it will go on it own i think it has the same sort of virus as thrush in your privates so you could try eating yougurt and see if it helps.
