Yes it is better to sleep at least 30 minutes or more and we go to sleep at least 8 hours after we will having a lot of stressful from the work.We should take a vitamins,exercise,eat fruits and vegetables and drink the water at least 8 glasses and even if we have to time a nap in the afternoon.
