I can't get my sleeping schedule back on track. What can I do?

Question:
It's summer, and I will stay up until 7am and then fall asleep and sleep in until 5pm. I miss out on the day. How can I get my sleeping schedule back to normal, ie; waking up at 10am and falling asleep around 11:30. I'm worried about my health, because in the time im sleeping and awake, I eat very little. Help!

Answers:
Wake up every day at the same time regardless of when you go to bed. Go to bed when you are tired, but get up same time every day.
I don't know if this'll help, but my friend takes the recommended dose of gravol and she says it KNOCKS her right out and she sleeps like a baby. She never sleeps well either.
i have the exact same problem!
ugh, i can't help you >.<
first lie down on bed in relax manner. close ur eyes. then don't think any thing in mind. just concentrated on ur eye lid.then concertrated on back which touching on the bed. then concentrated on ur foot which is on the bed. then concentrated on ur breathing. see how u breathing? where the fresh air reaches in body. feel that ur body is cooling down. then u will feel cool air in ur brain . then ur body. then u will realized that ur not on ur bed, just flying in air . feel it.then u fall fast a sleep. when u wake u will feel good. try this theraphy for a week. see l the differeance. this one type of meditation.
