I agree with the blood pressure suggestion. You might have orthostatic hypertension. Take your blood pressure while laying down, the sit up for a couple minutes, take it again, the stand up for a couple minutes and take it again. Your BP should stay about the same. Your doctor will know what to do. But start by taking your BP at a drug store or something just to see if it's low.
Sounds like blood pressure to me. Get it checked, if you stop by your doctors office, your eye doctor or whoever you have a good relationship with they'll do it for you without an appointment and you shouldn't have to pay anything! It'll take 3-4 minutes and it's no big deal!
How are your sinuses? Possibly an infection there or in your ears? Do you have any blood pressure problems? Have you searched for answers on medical sites yet? It's probably something simple.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
