Answers:
go to the ER IMMEDIATELY even if you feel no other symptoms it could be a stroke
Call your doctor immediately. If you don't have a doctor, go to an emergency room at a hospital. It could be pinched nerves or it could be a stroke. Why take a chance?
This is serious dial 911 !!
I agree. Go seek medical attention immediately.
Which fingers? All of them, or only the thumb, pointer finger and one side of the middle finger?

If the thumb, pointer and middle, it is probably carpel tunnel syndrome. The nerves going through the wrist have been crimped and the fingers get numb. You need a splint to straighten them out until the inflammation goes away. You may need an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofin.

If the outside 3 fingers are involved, it could be a pinched nerve at the neck or elbow. Again, use ibuprofin, and give it a day.

Shaking, smacking and waving will not do any good. Straighten them out and let the nerves begin to get nourishment, so they can wake up.

You should see your GP or an orthopedist. You need to know what is wrong if this continues.

Good Luck
