Answers:
i have the same problem.i think i injured myself when i was in highschool at some point because thats when the pain started. i know it can really be unbearable, and the worst part is, that it takes forever to feel better...and im talkin years.youll learn what activities you need to avoid. pushing a shopping cart was unbearable for me, so was laughing at times...i also started wearing underwired bras less often, like when i was at home, i would just wear supportive tank tops or something like that. the worst part is theres really nothing that can be done...your just going to have to take it easy a little and just learn whats comfortable for you and eventually in time it will start to feel better. just be very careful when you are playing sports.
