Tension Headaches?

Question:
anyone know about these? I've had MRI on brain & c spine.
minor disk bulge. I take flexaril , prcocet, lidocain patches, and maxalt. had to go to the emergency room before all the meds.

Answers:
two joints and call me in the morning.
You sure it's tension? If you can take acetominophen or ibuprofen on top of your other stuff and it helps, maybe it's tension. It could also be a lot of other things--including a reaction to all those meds you are downing. If you have the back thing going, it could also be a nerve being pinched. It's amazing how our bodies are put together and what parts affect other parts. Check with your doc to see if med interaction might be the problem.
Could be a B vitamin deficiency. Try eating more foods rich in B12 and B3.

B12 Cycoanobalamin- organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, milk, cheese and fish.

B3 - Niacin - Chicken, tuna, salmon, lamb and turkey.

A small bowl of lightly steamed chicken usually clears up even the nastiest headache for me. Chicken is also rich in the tryptophan - an essential amino acid that is required to produce B3 in the body - so try this and you more than likely get relief.... :0)
