Only my right hand middle finger swollen in the morning when i wake up from sleep but it goes off soon after i pass urine or after i move the finger and do a bit of massage on the finger, WHY?

maybe you are cutting the circulation off. you may want to contact your dr. though. it shouldnt be happening every morning.
What did u do with that finger last night?
Could be you slept on it funny. Or it could be arthritis.
