The pressure point is in the web between your thumb and first finger. Feel all the way back almost to where the bones are. Squeeze real hard with your other hand and you'll feel a weird sensation when you get the right spot, kinda like a funny bone tingly feeling. Look up pressure points or trigger points on the web.
What I do is lay down and sleep. Call someone first and tell them to bring you a pain reliever so if you are still hurting when you wake up, you will have one! Do you have any medicines for PMS? They work for headaches, too.
(I did some searching on the web but couldn't find the diagram I wanted. You might check for yourself.) I also saw some aroma therapy, that's an idea, too.
Live well and do good
take a cold shower, and drink lots, listen to music. that works for me.
I've heard that B vitamins can be effective. I've seen that caffeine is an ingredient in excedrin. Possibly chamomile tea
take a cold shower and drink lots of water!
