If you need a quick fix try tea bags that were soaked in ice water (family size bags r best). It works on some. Now if you had more time (I know this sounds wierd, but) use preperation H topped off with a cool cloth. Yes the hemmoriod medicine it works every time but needs about 2 hours to work.
put a spoon under cold water and have som1 press it against your eyelid(s) and take it off and blink it frequently and puss shuld come out
Put some ice on the area and you will be fine.
