I just found out i broke the navicular bone in my wrist...am i doomed to have wrist pain forever?

Question:
everone says that this injury never heals well. anyone else have any experiencen with it?

Answers:
You dont have a navicular bone in your wrist...your navicular is in your foot. I suggest finding a new doctor cuz any doctor who told you that your navicular bone in your wrist is broken is clueless. The most common bone in the wrist to have a fracture is the scapoid bone. If that is what you mean then that bone does have a difficult time healing.
as long as you follow your doctors instructions and have therapy you will be ok
