Three day headache (going on four)?
Question:
I feel alot of pressure around my eyes (and pain if I touch a part of the orbital bone closest to the nose), my face feels a bit puffy, then the pain spreads across my temples and up the sides of my head.
I'll see a doc, but in the mean time I'm freaking out a little bit...this doesn't feel like a stress headache.
Last Sunday I woke up with a seriously stiff neck, I could barely move it for the entire day. The kink in my neck worked itself out but then the headaches began. Could there be any connection?
And I've been feeling pretty pooped most of the time, though I'm usually a very active person.

While you're waiting to see the doctor, get yourself a 32 ounce Gatorade and drink it quickly. If you still have a headache, lie down on your bed with TVs, radios, etc., turned off and pull a beanie down over your eyes and try to get some sleep (the beanie makes it dark while applying light pressure to the right places). If you need help relaxing to fall asleep, take slow, deep breaths and on each exhale relax your body starting with your toes and feet. Work your way up to your ankles, calves, knees, etc., while continuing to breathe deeply and slowly.

This could be something far more serious... you should see a doc right away, the stiff neck and headache... could it be menegitis?
my husband just went to the hospital tonight for a severe headache he was diagnosed with a tension headach , though yours sounds kinda like sinus and those can feel just as bad...trust me i have *** them all but to be on the safe side you should go to the doctor because it can be a number of things and could get worse. hope you feel better
concusion maybe. or hitting yourself in your sleep. or need your wisdom teeth pulled. I would see a doctor of course if it has been going on for 3 days. I would suggest medatation in a quiet place with no distractions and know that bliss is there minus everything else. Or advil :P
I would get off of here. It is not helping your head at all. I would get in to see your dr. asap. If you cant get into see them for a few days head to the hosptial
