It sounds like you may need to see a professional chiropractor. You will need to do your homework first in choosing someone reputable in your area. You want to make sure that x-rays are included in the initial visit as well. Depending on your case, you may have to commit yourself to several visits in order to get relief. A good doctor will show you self help exercises also.
you need to get a professional charopractor. Don't do it yourself.
lay flat on floor and do old fashion sit ups
Lay on your back on the floor
Pull one knee up to your chest with both hands
Slowly lower your knee
Do the same with the other
Repeat several times.
It's called "Ball" exercise. You lie down on the floor and you shape your body into a ball with your arms hugging your knees and you roll like this back and forth on the floor.

The other one is when you tie something heavy to your feet and hang with it for at least 10 minutes.
stretching ur body
I think the cat morning exercise will do. Please observe them when the wake up. Cats try to align their back bones by curving down that is try to bend down and try to reach you feet , hold and then bend back qwards join yopur hands and do somew twisting relax then do it again two times you will fell taht as if something breaks . Dont overdo it because it is painful at first times. This works on me I am 56 years old. Try it it might work on you.
