How can I feel better in the mornings?

Eat healthily, don't eat late after about 8pm that is . Regularly exercise, don't have caffeine after 4.00pm.
are you not ill? diabetics are tired all time, so maybe get checked out. or try exercising(if u dont already) - the fitter you are the less sleep you need.

You have to fulfill some criteria to be feel better in the morning.
* practice to wake up in the same time everyday.
* Let fresh air / come into your house / room.
* Have a long / deep breath with fresh air.
* If you have time then go outside with your pet.
* Make some good plan for the day you have received new.
*Make habit to go to bed timely and do not eat much 2 hours before you switch off the light.
Go to bed with positive thoughts and when you wake up, jump up out of bed, smile at yourself in the mirror and say "This is going to be a wonderful day"
If you put out good vibes and think positively and try to only surround yourself with positive things and people, then the positivity will come back to you.
u need to get tested for diabeties. i had the same problem and was tested and found out i was diabetic
maybe you could try doing some yoga everyday. i used to be that way and i started doing that and started eating better. so i had more energy in the morning. hope that helps a bit.
put your clock three hours forward
Take multivitamin tablets before you go to bed. You'll wake up feeling alot fresher :D
I felt like this ALL the time until recently, the doc put me on tablets and this was the first thing that helps me. It keeps me alert all day and allows me to sleep well at night. After waking up and having a coffee and tablet i feel great now.
I believe in this day an age every one needs a pick me up

I think you need less sleep and also you must check your blood biochemical test for diabetes . And are u obese ?! .
If so, you should take off your weight.
