What would some of the symptoms be if my body burned to much muscle instead of fat ?

Just a slight clarification on Zoneriders comment. If no body fat is present, then muscle WILL be consumed by the body, particularly when the body is malnourished or in starvation mode. The process is called catabolism, and most definitions include the breakdown of muscle... "a complex metabolic process in which energy is liberated for use in work, energy storage, or heat production by the destruction of complex substances. Basically muscle tissue is broken down when a person is in a catabolic state...". So, if you have no body fat, muscle will be consumed... Note situations where people were lost in the wild - after loss of all body fat, all muscle will be lost in the starvation process...
You would be so tired. When you walked you feel like it took way to much strength. If you are exersising and trying to burn fat make sure that you eat alot of protien such as protien bars, tuna, beans and rice. Try to get as much protien as you can, it is so important. It will also help you burn more fat and not muscle.
Your body doesn't burn muscle. Muscles can shrink from not being used or exercised. Fat can be burned because it can be chemically broken down by the body and the calories used for fuel.

As long as your do not have a genetic defect or disease, you shouldn't have a problem with your muscles, unless you are becoming less physically active.
Symptoms of starvation are what will be seen in such cases, because that's the only time the body begins to burn muscle mass for energy - when it's all out of fat.
