I am 20yrs old/female and my blood pressure is usually around 92/51...how do i raise it to normal?

I have this problem too. You should try upping your salt intake. But make sure you drink plenty of water too. If you already have high salt I wouldn't suggest this. You may have to ask your Dr. or go to a nutritionist as this doesn't always work. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't.
Diet is most important to maintain healthy blood pressure.

Well actually that isn't a bad blood pressure.

It's a bit low. I'd talk to your dr if you are concerned.
I had that problem. I passed out every time I stood up too fast. I was told to eat more salty things.like chips.

I don't know that it helped me. I tend to stay away from salts. I eat healthy but leave some things out of my diet...like sodium
that's not oo bad, slightly low. Talk to your doctor, especially if you get light headed easily, such as standing up or going up some stairs.
