Has anyone taken lunesta & if so did it help you?

Question:
How long were you able to sleep at a time? Did you experience any side effects? Did it make you feel drowsy the next day? Add any info you think is important. Thanks.

Answers:
No difference with me, then again that is my personal experience only.
take it.you will love it.

you take it.after about an hour (in most cases they consider that fast), you kind of feel drunk...in a good way.very lax, and happy.

then your head hits the pillow and BAM, your asleep,,,,you will sleep your normal range...

i was used to sleeping 8-10 hrs...and so i did.expext at least 7 hours of good sleep.

dont mix with alcohol...

and before getting lunesta, why not try tylenol PM...its cheaper...and almost as effective.

no drowsiness the next day UNLESS you take the pill to late.take the pill an hour before bedtime.side effects are nil. (minimal)
I took it for about a month and it worked great. I did not feel any bit of drowsy the next day but waking up was a little tougher. The only side effect was a dry mouth when I woke up. I got a good 7 hours, which is good for me. If you take it, I would recomend taking the same time everynight and you will stop needing quicker. Good Luck
