Sleep!!??!?


Question:
I am a teenager and I can't go to sleep, no matter how tired i may feel I just can't fall asleep until 7AM. I have a camp coming up and I need to be able to fall asleep at night so I can perform the best i can.. thank you any help is appreciated

maybe u think a lot. Try lighten ur head and don't think about anything at all... perhaps listen to a slow music or anything. If u can't sleep make ur self too tired lik doing excercise before u sleep. But it's not good for heatlh.

Try not to eat spicy food or heavy food too.
sleep pills that are made of natural materials at drugstores helps you sleep by working your hormones. redbull restores temporary sleepiness and fatigue and drowsiness=)
well, jess my brother is nine and he can't get to sleep either - i think you should have a white noise machine and some lavender oil in your room, and read before you go to bed.

Melatonin. It's a natural chemical that the body produces to make you sleepy. I've been taking Melatonin tablets for 4 years now, and it never fails! 3 Mgs should do ya, just purchase at local Walmart, drugstore, or GNC. Good luck!

There are numerous things that one should take into consideration when ever having to seek the real cause of one's "being awake" or not being able to sleep...At times, what you eat before bedtime matters a lot...dont eat to heavy before retiring or going to bed...try to relax at least an hour before going to bed...dont worry much, let these things worry you so as not to hinder your sweet dreams...avoid strenous activities before sleeptime and relax first and try to clear you mind of worries and problems, at least for a while...sweet dreams!
Try meditation - or tell your self a story. List people in your head and try to remember their phone numbers - what that does is get your attention off the worries of the day and allows you to go to sleep.
