Sleeping late...does it effect?
Question:
Answers:
As long as you keep that same sleep schedule, you will be fine. It's when you change your sleeping habits frequently that might put a strain on your system. I'm a night owl too!
no, as long as you keep it routine, their would be little to no difference as if you slept at night
Well. . u've shifted your sleeping patterns so now when you go back to school or whatever, you have to shift it back (takes weeks) or else you suffer
thats about 9-10 hours of sleep -- how much sleep you need depends on your overall health and age. I think the reasons for the schedule may have to do with wether its ok for you--- are you up late night for work, studies, partying, depression, anxiety. alot depends on your lifdestyle and why you are up. If by chance you work till late, and thats a normal thing for you, then no, it should be fine. Some people are geared that way, and just have different sleep habits. But if you are up for possibly negative health reasons, then that will cause you problems... not the sleep per say, but the reasons behind the sleep patterns. I dont think this will have any effect on your weight, unless you are sleeping too much for your needs and not exercising enough/overeating.
you wont be gaining a lot of weight unless you are sitting up all night eating...if not you shouldn't have to worry about weight gain...just find a job where you work the night shift...you're already used to the hours!!
This depends upon ur comfortable level, if ur body is accepting and ur not feeling any changes then everything is ok but if u are feeling tiredness, dizziness etc due to these timings then chances of getting thyroid.
