If they are prescribed for you and you take them as prescribed they can be very helpful.
I assume you are taking them unprescribed which is dangerous. Please do not take unprescribed medicines it could kill you. Even 1 is bad if it is not prescribed to you.
u need to call poison control. Popping anti-depressants is bad call poison control now tell someone to be with you you may need to go to the hospital.
It is possible to OD on them and get very sick or die, if you took more than "3 or 4" call 911 or a friend for help.

Its bad. Dont do it to get a buzz or to just chilll. Just let it ride until its out, dont do anything strenous, just lie down and take a nap or something and drink lots of water.
Then, dont do it again!
